About the Opportunity

As an AO Case Officer, you’ll join a high-performing operational team delivering essential services such as processing redundancy claims and handling public enquiries. You’ll gain experience in customer service, casework, and administrative processes within government, while developing valuable decision-making, IT, and communication skills. What We’re Looking For
