About the Opportunity

Starting in October 2025, this Customer Service Apprenticeship within NatWest’s Commercial & Institutional – Direct Sales & Relationship Management Team gives you the chance to launch your career in financial services with full technical training and an externally accredited Level 3 Financial Services Customer Advisor apprenticeship.

You’ll:

Support customers to reach their financial goals
Learn about financial regulations, banking services, and customer outcomes
Receive dedicated mentoring, an individual learning plan, and regular feedback
Earn a competitive salary of £25,020 with a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days’ holiday and pension contributions
This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with flexible working options.

Eligibility:

Ideally, GCSE Maths and English (A–C / Level 4), but support is available if you don’t yet meet this
No prior qualifications or extensive experience required in the subject of study
