About the Opportunity

This is a Level 7 Solicitor Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Birmingham, starting July 2025. Over 6 years and 3 months, you’ll gain in-depth legal experience while studying with BPP University, earning a £21,733 salary and qualifying as a solicitor. You'll work across a range of legal areas, including commercial contracts, data protection, employment, and compliance. The role includes contract negotiation, legal research, drafting responses to FOI requests, and managing your own caseload — all with supervision and support from the university’s Legal Services team.

What We’re Looking For

5 GCSEs (grades 9–4), including English and Maths
3 A-Levels (equivalent to 128 UCAS points)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Attention to detail and excellent organisation
Ability to work independently and within a team
Initiative and problem-solving mindset
