About the Opportunity

As a Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services Controller / Planner, you'll join the Frankley Control Room team to coordinate patient transport to and from healthcare appointments. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where your communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills will directly impact patient outcomes. Full-time training is provided (even for part-time roles), and you’ll gain valuable experience in logistics, NHS systems, and high-pressure coordination environments—building a strong foundation for further progression in healthcare operations.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 GCSEs (A–C), including English
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure
Experience in team coordination or control room environments
Willingness to complete full-time training and required in-house courses
