About the Opportunity

As Brand Manager, you’ll lead the creative and strategic activation of NS&I’s brand across customer and employee touchpoints. Acting as a central voice for brand alignment, you’ll provide creative direction, shape internal culture, and manage key agency partnerships. This is a chance to own impactful projects, influence organisation-wide initiatives, and see the real-world effect of your work on one of the UK’s most recognisable financial brands. The role offers long-term career growth within a small, agile team and a wider public service organisation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in brand management (client or agency side)
Strong understanding of brand strategy and implementation
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience leading creative direction across digital and offline channels
Ability to apply design thinking to business challenges
Degree or equivalent experience in communications, design, or brand management
Highly organised with experience managing concurrent projects and agency relationships
Salary: £42,000–£48,000 | Application deadline: 3 August 2025
