About the Opportunity

As a Graduate Geo-Environmental Consultant, you'll join AECOM’s Soil, Groundwater and Remediation team, working on live projects from day one. You’ll gain field experience conducting site investigations, collecting soil and groundwater data, and developing remediation solutions. With access to structured training, technical networks, and the ADVANCE Graduate Programme, you’ll be supported toward professional chartership (e.g., CIWEM, GSL, IES) and offered real opportunities to shape your career.

What We’re Looking For

Degree (MSc preferred) in Environmental/Geological/Engineering/Science disciplines with a focus on contaminated land
Knowledge of hydrogeology, chemistry, environmental risk assessment, and sampling techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work outdoors and travel for fieldwork
Driving licence or access to reliable transport beneficial
Detail-oriented, motivated self-starter with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Previous field or consultancy experience advantageous
