About the Opportunity

As a Customer Service Advisor (Zero Carbon Living), you’ll be the voice of OVO—engaging with customers via phone, email, chat and more to resolve queries and help them access OVO’s zero carbon services. You’ll start on a base salary of £24,308, rising to £25,940 after training and probation. With continuous learning, team coaching, and monthly performance incentives, this is a perfect launchpad for a customer-focused, purpose-driven career.
