About the Opportunity

As a Service Charge Assistant, you’ll join CBRE’s Real Estate Accounting Services team, supporting service charge reconciliations across a diverse property portfolio. This is a permanent, full-time role offering hybrid working and exposure to finance operations within a major global business. You’ll develop core skills in accounting, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to high-impact property finance work from day one.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
Good numerical and analytical skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to meet deadlines and manage relationships
Confident communicator and proactive self-starter
