About the Opportunity

Starting in Summer 2025, this full-time graduate role is designed for individuals with a degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. You'll rotate across departments or enter a supervisory role (depending on experience), gaining real-world exposure to operations like Front Office and Food & Beverage. Alongside on-the-job experience, you’ll take part in tailored development sessions on financial management, recruitment, and leadership. This is your chance to build a long-term career in luxury hospitality with a company that invests in your future.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or similar
26–48 week placement or substantial work experience during your studies
Experience in a UK hotel or hospitality setting
Passion for delivering five-star guest experiences
Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive mindset
Desire to build a lasting career in high-end hospitality
