About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Eden’s Head Office team as a full-time HR Assistant. You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and compliance to payroll and reporting. You’ll play a central role in shaping employee experiences and supporting people-focused projects such as engagement initiatives and culture development. With varied responsibilities and room to grow, this is a brilliant entry point into HR within a dynamic, people-first environment.

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in people-focused work and employee experience
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with data analysis capability
Confident communicator, able to build relationships remotely
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment
Curious, proactive, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
