About the Opportunity

Starting Summer 2025, this full-time graduate opportunity provides structured, hands-on experience in a high-end hospitality setting. You'll rotate through departments like Food & Beverage and Front Office or step into a supervisory role based on your background. With tailored development sessions in leadership, finance, and operations, this is a launchpad for a long-term career in hotel management. Graduates are given real responsibility from day one, with a clear path to progression.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or similar
Completed 26–48 week placement or relevant operational experience
Experience in a UK hotel or hospitality setting
Passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction
Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
Ambition to build a lasting career in high-end hospitality
