About the Opportunity

The Ignite Work Experience Programme runs from 11–14 August 2025 and is tailored for Year 12 and 13 students keen to explore a career in accountancy. Over four in-person days, you’ll gain hands-on experience in audit, take part in team-based problem-solving sessions, and receive professional development training. Impress during the programme and you could fast-track onto Grant Thornton’s competitive school leaver route—giving you a real head start after school.

What We’re Looking For

Currently in Year 12 or 13 (as of September 2025)
Interest in accountancy, business, or professional services
Eagerness to learn and get involved
Strong communication and teamwork skills
No prior experience needed—just curiosity and commitment
