We are looking for a Total Communication Tutor to work with deaf children and young people, their families, and educational settings across Birmingham. The role has a particular focus on delivering British Sign Language (BSL) instruction, promoting Total Communication approaches, and supporting access to learning and inclusion.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and highly motivated professional to join our vibrant and supportive team. The successful applicant will need to be flexible and creative in their approach to meet a wide range of communication needs in both family homes and educational settings.
You will be part of the Sensory and Physical Support Team, working alongside Teachers of the Deaf and Specialist Teaching Assistants.
