About You:
Three Peaks Primary Academy is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), to take on a pivotal role in the classroom, leading lessons and providing targeted support to students.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will:
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging activities, manage classroom behavior, and assess student progress.
- Help create a positive and productive learning environment, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification (equivalent
qualification) or higher
- Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent)
- Experience in working in a primary school.
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum.
