Grade E2 - £37,938 to £40,476 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Services team as a Project Officer for Shared Spaces, managing key projects around the management of shared spaces and relationship with all landlords, other council departments & external agencies, whom we share space with.
The post holder will be focusing on developing a cohesive management approach for the spaces in line with current regulations and legislation. The post holder will have excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
A current valid full UK driving license with access to a vehicle is required as this role will include visiting our sites across Warwick District Council.

The intention is for the postholder to work predominately from home however, it is a requirement to attend our offices or sites within Warwick District as required. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate. However, office and hybrid working are also available
