About the Role and the Team:
Are you passionate about helping vulnerable young people to reach their potential? We're looking for an Assistant EET Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting and monitoring those in Alternative Provision. You’ll build strong partnerships with independent providers and teams within the Education Department at WCC and have oversight of all young people accessing Alternative Provision. This is a varied and rewarding role with the chance to make a lasting difference.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with young people who face barriers to education or employment
- Strong partnership-working skills across education, SENDAR and independent providers.
- A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting positive outcomes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
