About the Opportunity

This full-time Solicitor Apprenticeship offers a unique, fully funded route to qualification as a solicitor through hands-on legal work and structured academic study over six years. You’ll work on real legal cases, receive 20% protected study time, and benefit from expert mentoring in a flexible, hybrid working culture. Upon successful completion, you’ll be appointed as a qualified solicitor within HMRC. Salary starts at £29,475, plus a Civil Service pension contribution worth 28.97% of your salary, generous annual leave, and access to ongoing development and coaching.

What We're Looking For

Applicants must have:

5 GCSEs (A-C / 9-4)* including English and Maths
ABB at A-Level (or equivalent Level 3 qualification, relevant apprenticeship, or CILEx Level 3)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, resilience, and adaptability
Collaborative mindset and commitment to diversity and inclusion
Legal or office experience (paid, voluntary, or academic) desirable
