About the Opportunity
This two-year Early Careers Apprenticeship offers the chance to join AG’s HR team and support the recruitment and development of graduates and apprentices across the UK. You'll gain hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating assessment centres, onboarding new hires, and helping promote AG’s early talent brand. Alongside, you’ll study towards a Level 3 CIPD People Support Apprenticeship, giving you the foundation to grow within Early Careers or wider HR roles. Expect variety, responsibility, and real growth in a supportive and agile working environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in HR and Early Careers recruitment
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 3 A-Levels or equivalent and 5 GCSEs (grades 4+ inc. English & Maths)
- Committed to completing the Level 3 CIPD apprenticeship
