About the Opportunity
TLT’s four-seat training contract offers early career lawyers the chance to gain hands-on legal experience across diverse sectors and practice areas. Over two years, you’ll rotate through four departments—gaining a deep understanding of both legal practice and commercial insight. From day one, you’ll handle live work, benefit from expert mentorship, and attend tailored development workshops to sharpen your legal, business, and personal skills. What We’re Looking For
- Penultimate/final year law students or law graduates (UK or Scottish routes)
- Final year non-law students or graduates (PGDL required before SQE prep)
- Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree
