AREA MANAGER (B)
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service has a vacancy for a motivated and committed individual with strong experience. You will be values-based, highly talented and an exceptional leader with the vision to drive the Service forward.
The skills and requirements for the delivery of the role, include a commitment to our values and behaviours and empowering and enabling leadership. We also need you to be on our operational command rota and be able to resolve operational incidents at a strategic level (Level 4 incident command).
In accordance with the current promotion service order, applications are welcomed from existing Group Manager and Area Managers who satisfy the following criteria:
- Substantive within their current role (Group Manager or Area Manager)
- Competent within their current role (Group Manager or Area Manager)
- Must not have any live disciplinary sanctions placed against them.
