We work closely with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) to deliver expert investment solutions. About the Opportunity

As an Investment Associate, you will support Investment Directors (IDs) in managing and developing relationships with IFAs and clients. This role provides hands-on experience in portfolio analysis, investment proposals, and client servicing, helping you build key industry skills.

📍 Location: Hybrid role with office-based collaboration

🎯 Development Opportunities:

Gain technical expertise in investment management and financial services
Work directly with experienced Investment Directors and IFAs
Opportunity to oversee a defined panel of IFAs as you gain experience
Industry exam support and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy skills
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and IFAs
Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks
Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of discretionary investment management and tax wrappers (preferred)
Industry qualification (Level 4 CISI IAD or equivalent) is highly desirable (support available for part-qualified candidates)
