About the Opportunity
The Full-Time Analyst Programme is a two-year rotational experience designed for recent graduates (bachelor’s or master’s, 2025–2026) to grow within BlackRock’s business. Analysts start with a global orientation and receive continuous training, mentorship, and real project exposure. You’ll work alongside experts, contribute to meaningful work, and be part of an international cohort. This is a unique opportunity to build a long-term career while shaping the future of finance.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2025 – July 2026
- Open to all degree disciplines
- Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills
- Fluent English (additional languages required for some locations)
- Must complete a pre-interview assessment within 5 days of applying
