About the Opportunity

As an Assistant within the Hybrid Value Equities team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the team operates efficiently. From complex calendar and travel coordination to project support, recruitment logistics, and expense management, this is a dynamic opportunity to work closely with senior executives and gain deep exposure to the financial services industry. You’ll be part of a high-impact, collaborative team in a role that offers both responsibility and variety.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years’ administrative experience
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and professional discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and respond to business needs flexibly
Finance industry experience (preferred but not required)
