About the Opportunity

As an Operations Analyst – Service Delivery, you'll join a 24/7 shift team ensuring the smooth running of IT systems and services used by global customers. You'll resolve first-line technical issues, manage incidents, support climate and weather queries, and work across teams to continuously improve service delivery. This permanent role offers full training, career development pathways, and an outstanding benefits package including a Civil Service pension, 27.5+ days’ holiday, and up to £38,280 total reward with shift allowances.

What We’re Looking For

Experience delivering first-line IT support and using IT Service Management tools
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritise tasks in a high-paced operational environment
A collaborative team player mindset
UK residency for at least 3 of the last 5 years (for security clearance)
