About the Opportunity
Starting Summer 2025, this structured graduate programme offers hands-on experience across key hotel departments such as Food & Beverage and Front Office, with the option for direct entry into a supervisory role. You'll receive tailored mentoring from departmental leaders and expert-led training in areas like financial management, recruitment, and team leadership. What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or related field
- 26–48 week placement or significant hospitality experience during studies
- Previous UK hotel or hospitality experience
- Passion for exceptional guest service
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ambition to build a long-term career in high-end hospitality
