About the Opportunity
As an Agriculture & Farm Infrastructure & Engineering Consultant, you’ll work directly with farmers and landowners to solve operational and environmental challenges across the UK. From designing infrastructure like silage and slurry stores to advising on regulatory compliance, you’ll provide practical, cost-effective guidance. You’ll gain hands-on consultancy experience with opportunities to work on government-funded projects, develop a private client portfolio, and access training, mentoring, and industry qualifications to support your long-term career growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant degree in Agricultural Engineering or Agriculture (postgraduate experience preferred)
- Practical understanding of farm systems and infrastructure
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g. SSAFO, NVZ, Farming Rules for Water)
- Skills in problem-solving and client communication
- CAD and GIS experience (advantageous)
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
