About the Opportunity
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll join AECOM’s cost management team, working on projects across sectors such as commercial, manufacturing, education, health, residential, leisure, and infrastructure. You’ll gain experience in all project stages — from cost planning and procurement to site valuations and financial reporting — while collaborating with high-profile clients and multidisciplinary teams. AECOM’s structured graduate programme offers technical training, professional skills development, mentorship, and full support towards RICS chartership, with opportunities to work on both local and international projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2:1) in Quantity Surveying (preferably RICS accredited)
- Strong decision-making, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Team-focused, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Permanent right to work in the UK
