About the Opportunity

As a Graduate Buyer, you’ll join a high-performing commercial team, supporting purchasing operations and supplier relationships. You’ll manage stock levels, place orders, process customer enquiries, and help drive efficient account management. This role is ideal for graduates looking to apply their commercial acumen in a fast-paced, supportive environment with ongoing training, bonuses, and the opportunity to become a shareholder after six months.

What We’re Looking For

A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in a numerate subject (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Maths)
Strong commercial instincts and motivation to succeed
Confident communicator with natural rapport-building skills
Highly proactive and able to thrive under pressure
Able to commute within 30 minutes of the Waterlooville site
