About the Opportunity
As a Graduate AI Test Automation Engineer, you’ll work on pioneering frameworks for testing generative AI models, collaborating with experts in AI, automation, and data governance. You’ll gain hands-on experience developing Python-based tools, designing testing strategies for large language models, and contributing to quality metrics such as accuracy, bias, and consistency. Expect rapid learning, real-world impact, and strong progression in a forward-thinking AI environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 2:1 or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Proficiency in Python and relevant data libraries
- Interest in AI-driven software testing and LLM behavior
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g. PyTest, Playwright)
- Understanding of evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
