About the Opportunity

As a Business Systems Specialist, you'll take ownership of software systems across a business area, driving tool adoption, improving business processes, and managing the full software lifecycle. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement and optimise systems, test and configure tools, and influence technology decisions. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead on training and knowledge-sharing, making this a great step for ambitious, tech-savvy professionals ready to take on real responsibility in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems
Tech-focused with software implementation experience
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
Self-starter with excellent organisational skills
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Familiarity with Atlassian & Google products (preferred)
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
