About the Opportunity

As a Managed Services Operations Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in client servicing and financial operations. You’ll be responsible for executing key transactions, supporting daily control checks, handling client documentation, and contributing to process improvement through data analysis. This role offers a great foundation in financial services and a chance to develop skills in operations, client management, and data handling within a highly respected firm.

What We’re Looking For

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service-level expectations
Analytical mindset and eagerness to support operational improvements
