About the Opportunity
As an Apprentice Retail Sales Advisor, you’ll learn everything from customer service at the till to merchandising and meeting store targets. You’ll be trained in-store (no college days), working toward a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship. With the support of your Store Manager and Assessor, you’ll build skills in communication, teamwork, and employability — setting the stage for roles such as Sales Advisor or Team Leader. Expect great incentives, staff discounts, and hands-on experience that prepares you for a long-term career in retail.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with a passion for customer service
- Willing to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
- Grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Available for full-time work and not currently in education
- Brand new to retail and eligible to work in the UK
- Flexible with working hours and open to training in ear piercing
Salary: £9.50/hour | 39 hours per week | Fixed-Term Apprenticeship
