About the Opportunity
As a Full-Time Client Support Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in managing client and supplier queries, CRM case handling, and administrative support. What We're Looking For
- Office-based customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Ability to commute to our office (SN13 0NY) – own transport required
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
