About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Part-Time Client Support Advisor to provide exceptional service to our clients, managing customer queries, supplier issues, and administrative tasks. You’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, supplier relations, and client account management, with opportunities for career progression. What We're Looking For
- Office-based customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Ability to commute to our office (SN13 0NY) – own transport required
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
