Cranstoun is a social justice and harm reduction charity empowering people to empower change. We offer a wide range of services across England within drug & alcohol, domestic abuse, children & young people’s services, criminal justice and housing.
We are seeking an admin worker to join the Telford & Wrekin Domestic Abuse Service. The Telford & Wrekin Domestic Abuse Service brings together an integrated range of programmes and interventions to support victims and survivors of domestic abuse. Programmes and services are delivered by highly experienced and skilled staff with unique skills in domestic abuse, including domestic abuse support for young people (5-19 yrs old).
You will be part of the team and will work closely with Cranstouns Telford & Wrekin Domestic Abuse Support service in Shropshire. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain highly accurate data recording, manage the case management system and reporting, premises health and safety audits, and support the team to be able to carry out their role. Amongst other duties you will provide administrative support to the service ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with effectively, compassionately and with sensitivity.
You will have effective organisation and communication skills with the ability to operate within strict confidentiality and GDPR guidelines. You also need to have excellent writing, verbal and computing skills and be able to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and case management systems. You will play a significant part in demonstrating how the service has achieved its outcomes and impact, providing information to present to funders and commissioners.
However equally as important, you’ll bring to this role your experience, integrity, positive attitude, enthusiasm, motivation and ability to use your initiative and contribute to the wider delivery of Cranstoun. Hours can be compressed or spread over the week. A blended approach will be considered including working from the office and home.
