About the Opportunity

Join as a Graduate Software Engineer and help develop Motorola’s cutting-edge Android apps using Java and in-house tools. Based in Glasgow, you’ll be fully trained and supported by experienced engineers as you contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from requirements to deployment. You’ll work in an agile team environment with the opportunity to progress into senior development, analysis, or project management roles. This is a role for immediate start only (2025 grads not eligible).

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2:1 in BSc/MSc Computing Science, Software Engineering, or similar
Some experience in Java and strong grasp of programming fundamentals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
UK residency for at least 3 years (required for security clearance)
Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites
