About the Opportunity

As an Administrative Assistant based in central Glasgow, you’ll play a vital role in a project supporting veterans of the UK Armed Forces. Working in a supportive and close-knit team, you’ll handle the reassessment of military pensions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

This full-time, fixed-term contract runs until December 2025, with flexible hours available Monday–Friday between 7am–7pm. In return, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and be part of a mission-driven organisation. Salary: £24,636, plus 25 days’ leave, a health cash plan, pension, and more.

What We’re Looking For

Strong numeracy and attention to detail
Comfortable processing complex data
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Good initiative and sound judgement
Team player with excellent communication skills
Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks
Bonus: experience in administration or the pensions/financial sector

No specialist experience required—just motivation, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.
