About the Opportunity
Leonardo Hotels' 2-Year Management Development Programme offers two 12-month placements with hands-on hotel operations experience and rapid progression targets. Within three months, you'll take on Duty Manager or Supervisor-level responsibilities. You’ll benefit from structured learning, mentoring from senior leaders, and industry-recognised development. With flexibility on location and a clear path to a permanent manager role by month 18, this programme is the ideal launchpad for a successful career in hospitality.

What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Hotel, Leisure, Tourism, or International Hospitality
- Prior experience in hospitality operations (e.g. F&B, Front Office, Banqueting)
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Proactive mindset with resilience and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to relocate across the UK & Ireland
- Full right to work in the UK & Ireland
