About the Opportunity
The HR Graduate Programme is a two-year fixed-term rotational scheme offering exposure to all areas of human resources, including generalist HR, recruitment, Group HR, and learning & development.
You’ll gain valuable insight into UK and Ireland employment law and benefit from personalised development through workshops, coaching, and project work.
There is flexibility in your base location, and the programme includes hybrid working (1 day/week from home) and travel across the UK and Ireland.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in HR or equivalent (or CIPD Level 5)
- Passion for hospitality and people
- Previous experience in hotel, leisure, or hospitality environments (preferred)
- Flexibility to travel and work across the UK and Ireland
- Strong time management, resilience, and a proactive mindset
- Full right to work in the UK & Ireland
