About the Opportunity
The Dalata Hotel Operations Graduate Programme is an 18-month, fast-track training scheme designed to prepare graduates for management roles within the group.
The programme includes:
- A comprehensive two-day induction with senior leadership
- Structured on-the-job training across all hotel departments
- Off-site development workshops and personal development courses
- Mentoring from experienced professionals
- Business case project work to deepen your operational understanding
- By the end of the programme, you'll be equipped for a full-time management role in one of Dalata’s hotels.
