About the Opportunity
Join the 18-month Operational Graduate Programme, beginning at AHK’s UK Global HQ in the North West. As a Spanish-speaking graduate, you’ll gain a deep understanding of international operations and may travel to overseas locations post-training. This hands-on experience prepares you for long-term roles across the global business, with a clear path toward operational or management positions.
What We’re Looking For
- 2:1 degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Physics, Geology, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgy
- Fluent in Spanish (essential); additional languages a bonus
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Adaptability and initiative to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Passion for operations and willingness to travel
- Previous internship or commercial experience desirable
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
