About the Opportunity
As a Graduate Horticultural Technician, you’ll start as an Interior Maintenance Technician, caring for plant displays across a dedicated area. With full accredited training, you’ll learn to maintain plant health, support installations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Within 12–36 months, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into roles such as Sales Consultant, Service Supervisor or National Account Manager—building a long-term career in horticulture and business.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2:2 degree in a science, horticultural or agricultural BSc subject
- Full UK driving licence
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and willing to adapt to business needs
- Passion or knowledge in horticulture is a plus
- Able to pass a DBS check if required
