About the Opportunity

As a Graduate Maritime Services Systems Engineer, you’ll dive straight into meaningful work—learning and applying Systems Engineering principles across the full development cycle of advanced radar systems. From modelling in MATLAB and Python to hands-on system integration and testing, you'll gain practical experience with cutting-edge tools like CATIA Magic and Enterprise Architect.

Location: Great Baddow, Essex (hybrid, with 4–5 days per week on site)
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
Start Date: 13 April 2026

What We’re Looking For

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (actual or predicted 2:2 minimum) in:

Physics
Maths
Systems Engineering
Computer Systems Engineering
Computer Science

✅ Strong interest in engineering design, modelling & simulation

✅ Right to work and meet UK security vetting requirements (5–10 years of UK residency)
