About the Opportunity

As a Graduate Systems Engineer, you’ll join a team delivering high-performance radar systems from concept through to integration and testing. With a £34,000 salary plus £2,000 welcome bonus, you’ll build skills in requirements engineering, model-based design, simulation, and system verification. Using tools like CATIA Magic, MATLAB, Python, and Enterprise Architect, you’ll gain experience across all engineering phases and grow into a technically versatile systems specialist within a globally recognised defence company.

What We’re Looking For

Predicted or achieved 2:2 degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Physics, Maths, Systems Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or Computer Science
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work onsite 4–5 days per week in Cowes
Ability to meet UK security clearance requirements (typically 5–10 years of UK residency)
