About the Opportunity

Based in London and starting in September 2025, this graduate role offers hands-on experience on award-winning, sustainability-driven projects. You'll contribute to all stages of landscape design—from concept to construction—while collaborating with experts in urban design, ecology, engineering, and more. You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge nature-based and regenerative design, build your technical and design skills, and be supported toward professional chartership. Arup invests in your growth through mentoring, professional development, and inclusive, purpose-driven work.

What We’re Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field (Master’s or Postgrad Diploma desirable)
Eligibility to work in the UK permanently (no sponsorship available)
Based in or willing to relocate to London
Strong design communication, curiosity, and collaborative mindset
Commitment to pursuing a postgraduate qualification (if only Bachelor’s degree held)
A PDF portfolio (max 20MB) must be submitted with your application
