About the Opportunity

Join the Supply Chain Graduate Programme and experience four immersive 6-month rotations across key logistics functions—including warehouse operations, transport compliance, and field services. With placements at our Newark Distribution Centre and a national fulfilment site, you’ll gain end-to-end supply chain experience. Expect structured development, leadership coaching, mentoring, and tailored learning modules to help you grow into a future supply chain leader.

What you’ll gain:

Hands-on project involvement and leadership development
£28,500 salary, 6 weeks’ annual leave, and staff tech discounts

What We’re Looking For

Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a 2:1 or above
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Interest in logistics, operations, and leadership
Willingness to work in Newark and other UK fulfilment locations
