About the Opportunity

As a Financial Education Officer, you’ll be at the heart of HSBC’s mission to improve financial literacy in schools and youth organisations. This is a high-impact, purpose-led role involving direct engagement with students aged 4–18, school staff, and community partners. You’ll deliver financial education lessons, develop content, pilot new initiatives, and support national frameworks in both in-person and virtual formats. Based in Birmingham with regional flexibility, this hybrid role includes regular travel and comes with access to training, career support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in education, youth work, or financial capability programmes
Strong organisation, time management, and digital communication skills
Confidence in presenting and engaging with young audiences
Knowledge of school systems, curriculum requirements, and safeguarding
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing education environments
Passion for youth development and financial empowerment
