About the Opportunity
This 18-month graduate programme places you in Aon's Reinsurance division, starting in the dynamic Japan Team. You'll work on Japanese treaty reinsurance (Property and Specialty Lines), supporting clients across global markets including Singapore, Bermuda, and Lloyd’s. The role includes structured rotations, client exposure, and development in both technical and relationship-driven areas. Aon supports your professional journey with full CII qualification sponsorship, paid study leave, mentoring, and continued growth post-programme.
What We’re Looking For
- On track for or achieved a 2:1 degree (any discipline)
- Proficiency in Japanese (C1/C2 level or native/bilingual)
- Eligible to work in the UK without future visa sponsorship
- Strong motivation to join the reinsurance industry
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and interest in global markets
- Effective teamworking, communication, and relationship-building skills
