About the Opportunity

The Operations Excellence Program (OEP) is a two-year immersive consulting pathway designed for early-career professionals looking to build deep expertise in operational excellence. As a Junior Consultant, you'll work on client engagements across Europe, tackling complex issues from supply chain to capital excellence. You'll receive hands-on coaching and follow a robust training curriculum in one of six specialist areas. Successful OEP graduates often continue into senior roles at McKinsey, forming a pipeline of future leaders across the firm.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree with outstanding academic performance
Initial experience in strategic purchasing or supply management
Strong leadership skills from work or extracurriculars
Willingness to travel across Europe during the workweek
Analytical problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills in English and your local language
