About the Opportunity
The Operations Excellence Program (OEP) is a two-year immersive consulting pathway designed for early-career professionals looking to build deep expertise in operational excellence. As a Junior Consultant, you'll work on client engagements across Europe, tackling complex issues from supply chain to capital excellence. You'll receive hands-on coaching and follow a robust training curriculum in one of six specialist areas. Successful OEP graduates often continue into senior roles at McKinsey, forming a pipeline of future leaders across the firm.
